You mean the F7 medley package? It was always just empty. It usually
is until the repos start to publish their repos, e.g. it woudl now be
updated to have freshrpms, later the next announced repo and so
on.

But it was a lot of work to hunt down these repos and the list was
always half-complete with some dead repos (like legacy or Arjan's
kernels). Furthermore all repos offer their own "medley" package, and
some users had the repos listed twice in their configs. So I decided
to phase it out with F7.
