[ATrpms-users] smart want to downgrade the kernel

Hi,

I wanted to update to the latest ivtv so I ran smart update and then
smart upgrade. But smart wants to downgrade my kernel and I'm not sure
why. Here is the relevant output, and any help is much appreciated.
