[ATrpms-users] Dependency on "testing" Kernel Version

I just added the atrpms repository to a new fc7 installation, and my
first attempt to yum install the nvidia-graphics packages is failing.
For some reason yum is trying to install the needed kmdl for a version
of the kernel which is only available in the fedora "testing"
repository.  Do I need to enable the fedora "testing" repo to use
atrpms?  The installation instructions do not mention this.
