The old "native apt" metadata are not generated since the year switch,
please use the repomd metadata (apt supports repomd since May 2006 and
the default config for apt switched to using repomd since the 5th of
August). For example:

repomd http://dl.atrpms.net fc6-i386/atrpms/stable
