This means that some xml dtd resolving could not find the local copy
of that doc, which for FC6 lives under
/usr/share/sgml/docbook/xml-dtd-4.1.2-1.0-30.1/docbookx.dtd and
belongs to docbook-dtds. Check docbook-dtds, xml-common and
sgml-common.
