You're right; I had never seen the MythStream web module before. It is in
the source package and installing it seems straightforward. However, I
think it should be in a separate package depending on Mythweb.

Another thing, I couldn't get it to completely work. The separate icon for
Mythstream at the top doesn't show up and I couldn't find out how to add
Streams either (I only see Edit/Delete buttons). So, I think it's not
really maintained and that may be a good point against packaging +
releasing it.
