Like Michael says, not that long, but you seem to have
installed/upgraded at least the firmware recently and not 3 weeks ago -
from your orginal posting:

There was both an upgrade of the driver and the firmware and you
should update both together or keep both at the old version.

Note: This does not need to have to be related to your issue.
