[ATrpms-users] Can't update kernel nor nvidia

Here's my yum.conf which has always worked up until now:

# PUT YOUR REPOS HERE OR IN separate files named file.repo
# in /etc/yum.repos.d

Could it be the pkgpolicy=newest line that's causing me some grief?
