They were always in testing. Any means that made the 2.6.2 kmdls
visible for you, will now do the same with 2.6.3.

You need to enable atrpms-testing.

Disabling extras should not be neccessary. Just in case you are seeing
a yumex specific bug, try yum as in
# yum list fuse-kmdl\*
fuse-kmdl-2.6.19-1.2895.fc6.x86_64 2.6.3-0_3.fc6.at atrpms-testing
fuse-kmdl-2.6.19-1.2895.fc6xen.x86_64 2.6.3-0_3.fc6.at atrpms-testing
fuse-kmdl-2.6.19-1.2895_1.fc6.cubbi_susp 2.6.3-0_3.fc6.at atrpms-testing
If atrpms-testing is enabled you will see the above irrespective of
enabled/disabled extras repo.
