This package has already been fixed. The long term plan is to indeed
drop the medley-package-config since every repo now has its own
package for adding the config. But as you say this needs to be
properly announced, my changes for F7 accidentially let this slip.

If medley-package-config got removed, just install it again and all
will be restored.
