So does posting on atrpms-users help, or should it go straight to 
mythtv-dev as well?  I posted my video-edit problem here as a caveat for 
other potential users, but with the expectation that it would enter dev 
world too. Any comment?

I've gone back to 0.21-150 now, since I already had the packages and it 
does most of what I want better than the earlier fixes build.  But in 
152 the optimize_database looked as if it worked, and in 150, when last 
tried (and even with a mythtv perl module downloaded separately) it didn't.
