That's not on purpose, e.g. the builds were not withdrawn, they just
fail on:

WARNING: Couldn't find a working chcon argument.  Defaulting to shlib_t.
-> Tagging shared libraries with chcon -t shlib_t.

I need to debug this and see what broke the build on 100.14.11.
