hey javier -
i'm guessing that it is one of the two assistive applets. look in your
system menu, preferences menu, personal menu for one called assistive
technologies and one called keyboard accessibility preferences.
they both have check boxes in the top left corner of their main window
to enable them or disable them. i'm betting its something set in the
keyboard one.
