You mean the bcond stuff? The setup is to have by default the setup
that is used on the latest Fedora/RHEL release. If older Fedoras can't
compile a feature that feature is disabled with

rpmbuild --rebuild --without blah some.src.rpm

But you can't see from outside which distros have which
exceptions. Either ask me or try out whether the src.rpm builds
properly.

For mythtv it is:

# grep . mythtv/*/.moreargs
mythtv/el4/.moreargs:--without v4l_headers --without xvmcvld
mythtv/el5/.moreargs:--without v4l_headers

E.g. for FC6 and F7 no options. For FC5 it was w/o any options, too (I
think).
