this is either a deja vu, or I just answerd this on mythtv-dev :)

I think this is referring to the "old" DataDirect feed, not the new
one. Please try the latest packages, 14251 is already a bit old in
this respect.

Also note that I can't test SD myself, so I don't really know what
steps you need to perform and how to test for sane connectivity (I
guess when starting for a fresh and emty database and seeing listing
comeing it it means it worked, but if you already have listings in the
database, it may be more difficult to track successful download of
listings.
