Well, generally speaking there are two ways:
a) forget about packaging and build it yourself
b) hope there is a qt-3.3.7 package for your platform (which you
didn't mention ;)
Now 3.3.8 has been deployed in FC6 and F7, 3.3.7 on no living Fedora
or RHEL release, so finding a matching package will be difficult.
Out of the two choices above I would pick the third: Report to
bugzilla.redhat.com and wait for a fixed 3.3.8. I think someone
already reported this to the bugzilla, adding your Cc and comment will
give it more weight to be fixed.
