You don't need it for PVR150/250/500 but for PVR 350. I can't
distinguish at package install time whether you will use the fb or
not, so it will be installed along the rest.

But I forgot to flag FC6 as using ivtv-1.0.x, so you'll have to wait
for the next site update later today.
