Trying to yum update bugzilla from ATRPMS yields:

  file /usr/share/bugzilla/docs/xml/faq.xml from install of bugzilla-3.0-20 conflicts with file from package bugzilla-doc-3.0-3.fc7

  file /usr/share/bugzilla/contrib/bugzilla-submit/bugzilla-submit from install of bugzilla-3.0-20 conflicts with file from package bugzilla-contrib-3.0-3.fc7
