This mail was stalled for quite some time in mailman's queue, because
it was sent from a non-list-member. While the matter of the broken
hardware sounded urgent, it is rather late to say anything anymore,
but still a not on the topic in general:

ATrpms-users is a list for discussing packages from ATrpms, which may
sidetrack to all sort 7of discussions around software for Linux. But
hardware related topics (other than drivers, of course) are quite
off-topic here. :/
