[ATrpms-users] Conflict on upgrading from FC4 to FC6

Hi,

I have upgraded my Mythbox from FC4 to FC6 and now I wanted to update with:

yum update

But it fails with the message:

  file /usr/lib/libpostproc.so.51.1.0 conflicts between attempted installs
of
ffmpeg-libpostproc-0.4.9-0.8.20070109.fc6 and
libpostproc51-0.4.9-19_r7407.fc6.at

I have tried to only update libpostproc with yum update ffmpeg-libpostproc
and yum update ffmpeg-libpostproc-0.4.9-0.8.20070109.fc6, but both fails
with the same message. Apparently there are dependencies that connects those
two together. Also it seems that I had an atrpms version when running FC4.

Do I have to remove all modules that are dependent upon libpostproc before I
can proceed or is there a smarter way?
