I don't know where you're picking it up, grepping through the packages
shows no trace of any pointers to that file, e.g.

$ rpm -ql mythtv-frontend libmyth myththemes|xargs -i grep solid-rk {}

is empty. try the above command, too, and perhaps extend it to further
packages.
