[ATrpms-users] (semi ot) smart not advertising mythtv updates

There is --explain and there are also command like query/ls that show
you what smart sees in the repos.

You could also try renaming /var/lib/smart's contents and retry. If it
succeeds it is some bug in smart and it would be nice to report to
smart's authors offering them inspection of the renamed contents above.
