If this is a mjpegtools problem the authors would ask you to try a
test case to narrow the issue down - debugging from within mythtv would
be difficult. It may be an issue with mytharchive expecting 1.8.0
instead of 1.9.1 also.
The update to 1.9.1 is neccessary for libquicktime 0.9.8
support. It's in the repo since over three months.
