No, you found a bug in the packaging. Recent beta packages in Fedora
Extras forced me to start using Epochs and these have a known bug with
dependencies (%epoch is not defined before Epoch: tag contrary to the
respective counterparts of Version:/Release:) and therefore the
dependencies are w/o an epoch.
I'm respinning libpri with proper epochs & dependencies. Will be in
the repo in a few hours. Thanks for the heads-up!
