[ATrpms-users] Page and MeetMe missing in Asterisk 1.2.13

Some more info:

It seems that some more crucial stuff is missing, like chan_zap.so.

app_flash.so
app_meetme.so
app_page.so
app_rxfax.so
app_txfax.so
app_zapbarge.so
app_zapras.so
app_zapscan.so
chan_zap.so

All the ones above are missing, and have in common that they all are 
zaptel dependent.
