Axel,

I'm looking into this now.  It looks like the only things that really need
to be moved around are mythtranscode and mythcommflag (to the backend). 
I'll continue to look around though.

One other change that I'd like to make is to make mythtv-setup part of the
backend.  It seems that mythtv-setup is required on both master and slave
backends, therefore it makes sense to bundle it.
