There were, but I removed them when that kernel package was removed
upstream. Now there is again such a package available, perhaps the
same or not. Anyway it's in testing still, so I'm not going to rebuild
just to see it vanish again or be superseeded by another kernel
package in testing.

You need to use the switches in the spec like rpmbuild --define
'kmdl_userland 0' or similar.

Then do the same you do for the other kmdls. All packages share the
same kmdl api.
