[ATrpms-users] Building new MX servers using atrpms

I did take alook of dag's spec file to use with 3.6.8, but there is just too
much changes so it didn't work.

In that packet is very good spec file for latest dspam version, but it needs
some modification to fit rh/fedora environment and I don't have enough
skills to make that modding :(
