That's because rpm's internal tagging isn't smart enough to catch
dynamic disttags. The true name of the package contains a macro that
expand to nothig if it is a (common-for-all) src.rpm or expands to the
abbreviation of the distributions built for if it is a binary
package. Unfortunately the info in the binary package isn*t taken
statically form the src.rpm but recomputed and thus yields a wrong
name.
