I've seen that before in
http://bugzilla.atrpms.net/show_bug.cgi?id=1033
for fc4. Can you check the steps there (check with ldd on ffmpeg and
/usr/lib/libavcodec.so.51 whether libdl.so.2 is properly referenced,
try rebuilding your ldconfig cache by calling ldconfig as root), and
add comments to that bug report?
Also try
rpm -qa | sort > machine1.package.log
and the same for the other machine and check the output to identify
differences between the working and non-working installs. Furthermore
please try rpm -V on each supsicious package. Are both machine of the
same type (e.g. i386 vs x86_64)?
