[ATrpms-users] Where are the recommended instructions for ATrpm setup

Just don't do selective/partial setups. These are known (by design) to
cause trouble and are unsupported by ATrpms. Either use ATrpms
(stable) as a whole repo or not at all. And if something does not work
with other repos please report it to both parties. That's the
recommendation I would give.
