After about 1.5 hours rebooting I finally got it working (but missed a show 
once again :-( ):

1) kernel 2122 (latest) : sound in liveTV doesn't work at all (previous kernel 
2111 is fine). Sound when playing recordings does work with kernel 2122.
2) IVTV loading is totally unreliable here, doesn't matter whether I just 
reboot or switch the box off in between. I read some things about the 
firmware loading, but haven't seen any solution so far ? (perhaps I have 
overlooked it though).
