I prefer an updated kernel rpm, e.g. the kernel-suspend2 rpms, even if
one doesn't want to use suspend2 at all (you don't have to, the
package just gives you the ability to use it).

Would you like to investigate further and come up with a patch for the
current 2111 kernel-suspend2 packages? I'm sure Matthias will add it
to the specfile.

Please continue if possible the discussion on the bugzilla entry
especially if there are patches to be posted :)
