[ATrpms-users] Trouble with several packages. Package does not match checksum.

According to the above all files have been modified. The "S.5....T"
means that

o the size has changed
o the md5sum has changed (the contents)
o the timestamp has changed

So something has modified all your settings.

If you don't know what it is (e.g. you yourself), then I suggest to
remove all of this and reinstall atrpms-package-config and
medley-package-config.
