[ATrpms-users] Bad FC4 packages? dhcdbd, xterm-212

I'm having problems with the following packages from the atrpms Fedora core
4 repository...

dhcdbd-1.14-1.FC4.i386.rpm
xterm-212-1.FC4.i386.rpm

When I try and upgrade them, I get...

(2/2): xterm-212-1.FC4.i3 100% |=========================| 195 kB    00:00
http://dl.atrpms.net/fc4-i386/redhat/updates/xterm-212-1.FC4.i386.rpm:
[Errno -1] Package does not match checksum

(and similar for the other package) Is the package broken somehow?  It
doesn't show up on other repositories...
