[ATrpms-users] removing a smart channel

I'm using smart on an FC4 system.  When I first installed smart I used 
the medley-package-config and had a LOT of channels enabled.

I discovered that made things a little less stable than I would like, so 
I disabled all but a few channels.

How do I remove the packages from the other channels that I no longer 
have enabled -- replacing them with the equiv from channels I have 
enabled ?  For example:  I have firefox from nrpms ,but i'd like to 
switch to the released updates version.

do I have to do each package by hand?
