[ATrpms-users] Problem with yum updating FC4->FC5

I am trying to use yum to update a fedora core 4 to fedora core 5.
 
This is my mythtv server as well as the file server, nis, etc for the house.

I followed the guides on the web which imply it is as simple as:
yum -y remove kernel-2.6.14*
rpm -Uhv 
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/5/i386/os/Fedora/RPMS/fedora-release-5-5.noarch.rpm

yum -y update

Below is the error I get from yum.

neon-0.24.7-6 is installed.

I also tried updating all references to fc4 in /etc/yum.repos.d/ to 
reference fc5.

I am not sure how to proceed.  Any thoughts from anyone?
