[ATrpms-users] RPM for perl JavaScript module

When I try this I get an error:

# rpmbuild --rebuild perl-JavaScript-0.55-2.n0i.2.src.rpm
Installing perl-JavaScript-0.55-2.n0i.2.src.rpm
error: perl-JavaScript-0.55-2.n0i.2.src.rpm cannot be installed

Could this be because I don't have a .rpmrc file (or something like
that)? I have never installed from source rpms before so I'm a bit in
the dark here - sorry!
