[ATrpms-users] Please update perl-XML-Writer

Please upgrade the XML::Writer module to the current 0.600 version
from CPAN.  The current version in atrpms is 0.4.6 which has a bug
affecting xmltv - see
<https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=424135&aid=1485844&group_id=39046>.

I tried to build an updated package myself but I don't have the macro
definitions for things like %perl_module.
