[ATrpms-users] Can't install perl-XMLTV-0.5.43-66.rhfc3.at at noarch: no package provides perl(File::Slurp)

xmltv doesn't really have a dependency on File::Slurp - it's used only
for some testing code.  Axel did some automated tool find the
dependency?  If you added it by hand, is this because anything breaks
without it?
