This is not coming from ATrpms but probably from a self-built
install. So you're still in a mixed system.

Do you have another kernel you can boot into? If yes, the do so,
remove the kernel rpm and kmdls and everything that was installed
under /lib/modules/$KVER/ and reinstall kernel & kmdls.
