Well, I just had the first sucessful boot today and have live TV after 1.5 
hours of rebooting.....

New data from the successful session attached below.

To me it seems that the black image comes from the pvr-350 being set to radio 
instead of analogTV, but that's just what I see in it and I don't know how to 
force it to initialise to analogTV.
btw: I see some decoder firmware loading issue, but I don't use the decoder, 
so don't care much about that now. Also, this firmware sometimes loads 
well...making me believe it's just luck again that this tie the other 
firmware loaded successfully.
