Ok. No problem, it was just an idea. :)

I would do it myself (create packages) but I don't have knownledge of making
rpm so I can't help. :/

I know that there is spamassassin, and I use it together with dspam, that’s
how I get something 99,9% accuracy. I was just thinking that possible many
others would like to use dspam because amavisd-new support it and I think
many use amavisd...

The best way to get packages into ATrpms is to create them :)

I'm currently under quite some workload, so I'm only maintaining and
creating packages for my own consumption. Wrt to spam protection there
is a feature-full spamassassin at ATrpms including dependencies.
