This happened to a lot of folks upgrading who had previusloy
modified/customized their menus via kmenuedit. The only solution we've
found (so far) is to undo the previous mods:
1. remove/rename ~/.config
2. run (in konsole):
$ kbuildsycoca
-- Rex
