If you do not have a $HOME/.rpmmacros, just copy the file there - 
otherwise append it to your .rpmmacros

Also if you add these lines, you will be able to rebuild as yourself:
%_topdir     /home/jeanyves/rpm
%_tmppath    /home/jeanyves/rpm/tmp
