exim 4.63 isn't supported yet and I assume this will then be true for
future versions, too. So once it would enter the package the package
update would be stalled by eximdsn updates.

I think it's better to try to get dsn support patched in permanently
in exim. If the authors are rejecting this patch then they will also
have good reasons for it. See also
