By missing you mean not updated as done for most other releases?
That's because for 2.6 kernels it now depends on linux/mutex.h and
therefore does not build anymore on FC3, FC2 and EL4.

If you like you can report upstream and maybe they'll fix it in
the next release or offer some patch.
