atrpms-kickstart is being phased out, because:

o it had the wrong name to start with, "kickstart" in Red Hat/Fedora
is used for a certain technology, and atrpms-kickstart is misleading

o it provided a monolithic package with a depsolver (apt) for the
times when there were no depsolver available at all.

Instead you should point whatever depsolver you are using to ATrpms
and get what you want. atrpms-kickstart can be effectively replaced
with "yum install apt". But "yum install smart" is better :)
