I've got a laptop with the Atheros 5212 card (it's an HP nc6000), and I'm
trying to bring up Wifi.
Couple of questions:
First, the ATrpms rpm's seem to use a slightly different superset of syntax
than the standard rpm's distributed by Fedora (Redhat), right? Like the
%kmdl seems to be specific to ATrpms.
Second, I've grabbed the madwifi modules (including the hal-kmdl and kmdl
rpms) and installed them. The card seems to have come up, and I can
scan for
ssid's... But I was going through the Madwifi newbie howto, and it
talks about
wlanconfig, but I can't locate this.
What am I missing?
