It was as a reply to some "latest updates" thread on ivtv-users.

Yes, atrpms is now in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/atrpms. You must have
edited /etc/apt/sources.list and so the new package didn't replace it.

That's OK. "legacy" are the security fixes for up to FC3. you should
allow them to install.
